Hotel staff are unconcerned about your business if handled discreetly.I am staying in Shanghai and need a key card to use the elevator. Would you have any concerns meeting a girl in the lobby and bringing her up to the room? I know this is a frequent occurrence in many places, but not sure about Shanghai.
