Typically, someone with a rate in that range only sees a very limited number of clients. Maybe 1 a day.
So, it makes sense to have that kind of price increase to cover the expense of the trip.

that is what she charges. An exmple would be Las Vegas-the economy is a mess, 30-40% of all homes are under water. Unemployment is one of the highest in the country. So why do providers there charge 500, 600 even 1000 per hour. Because drunk ass men go to vegas on a retreat and spend that kind of money that they would never spend back home-wherever that is. The women there can simply get that amount so they charge it...Don't tell me the crap about cost inj NYC and so forth because you can get a hotel room for under 100 per night in vegas(maybe not at the Bellagio) but you can get one even on the strip (Imperial Palace comes to mind even though it is not to nice and I would never stay there)....The same thing applies here in the big apple...Unfortunately or not it is the case..
