Not to nit pick, "Their website claims to have a near perfect screening.." show me on our site where we make that claim, we don't.

2) No matter how many times we say it, there is a separation between agency and screening however the concept is just not getting through to people... oh well.

Everything one needs to know about the Fantasys! division which handles screening is here:

Ultimately, do what works for you either we'll do business or we wont.

Thank you for your question and have a good day.

Anyone with a bit of internet and business savvy could fool anybody's screening protocols.

That's not to say that some are not better, or more stringent, than others. Bottom line, nothing is risk free.

Good agency especially if you are up in Frederick or Southern PA. Not many service that area. They are available in other areas too.

In 1802 Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptist Association (answer to a previous letter) a who were  a religious minority in Connecticut, and who had complained that in their state, the religious liberties they enjoyed were not seen as immutable rights (granted by god), but as privileges granted by the legislature (by man) — as "favors granted." Jefferson's reply did not address their concerns about problems with state establishment of religion — only of establishment on the NATIONAL level (Federal). The letter contains the phrase "wall of separation between church and state," which led to the short-hand for the Establishment Clause that we use today: "Separation of church and state." What Jefferson was originally saying is, the Federal Govt can not declare a "state religion" however a state may have that right. It wasn't until  1947, in the case Everson v. Board of Education, the Supreme Court declared, "The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be kept high and impregnable. We could not approve the slightest breach." The "separation of church and state" phrase which they invoked, and which has today become so familiar'

In short a Federal judge in 1947 decided Jefferson (a founding father) didn't know what he was talking about and re-interrupted the actual meaning of the phrase from what he meant to what is used today.

Excellent recap.  Lets not forget, that the Constitution, does not contain the phrase, either as Jefferson intended, or as the Supreme Court later defined.

during her Delaware Senate race; O'Donnell, who claimed to be a constitutional scholar (a claim later proven to be spurious at best) stated that the Constitution didn't guarantee the separation of church and state. In reality, the First Amendment to the Constitution states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.'  This is the 'Establishment Clause' to which Lee refers; Jefferson did originally coin the phrase in the letter Lee cites, and since Jefferson had a significant hand in the writing of the Constitution itself, his statement is to this day seen as his clarification of what the first amemdment intended.

Jefferson had very little to do with writing the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.  He was in Paris at the time.  He exchanged a few letters with Madison and a few other friends, but that was a poor substitute for being in there in person, because it took several months to get a response to a letter in those days.  Yes, he was a founding father, but that's because he wrote the Declaration of Independence more than a decade earlier.

I take it back- your site doesn't claim that its near perfect screening but it seems that you too have strict screening. Sorry for that mistake on my part.
