Actually, except for the name "Woody" I don't like that case.  My whole point is that no one should be able to avoid punishment for a legal violation that would apply to everyone else because of a religious claim.  so, if certain Native Americans can get away with smoking peyote because of their religion, then all of us should have the same option.  I do, though, admit that I like to see the judge's faces when I talk about the "Woody" case.

I'll bet you love citing the Woody case during your legal challanges to prostitution cases :)
