The "Massage Fee" in the Atlanta area is generally $60 to $80 - I like to tip an amount equal to 2 times the "Massage Fee" or an additional $120 to $160 depending upon how you feel with the selection you have made or who is available.  $150 in tip to the gal usually gets it done!
