Does anyone know of a location with a large, modern chef's style kitchen that could be used for a photoshoot? I've been using every resource I can think of but everyone wants anywhere from 2-10k per day, plus insurance for one million.  

I've placed ads in some classifieds and the responses are way out of budget. My new website is becoming seriously delayed due to venue problems. It has to be finished!
