I can confirm that some agencies will keep a ladies pictures and bio up on their website long after they have moved on to another agency or have gone independent and do that out of spite or an attempt to do a "they are off or on vacation or are busy" and then offer a replacement.
I know of a number of girls who have fought very hard to have their information taken down and some agency owners won't remove them for months.
I know of one agency that kept a bio up of a lady on their website who hadn't worked there for THREE years.
