All have been single moms, but one hobbyist I know has a spouse who works in the business and he owns and runs his business and they are raising a family and have not suffered any negative repercussions.
The ability to have a flexible schedule actually is a big plus, and the money is good, so that's always appreciated.
Shielding the children from harm is probably the biggest issue, but by applying extreme caution and discretion, that has been not been a problem in most cases.
There is one case where providing led to a gal losing her child, so obviously these concerns are not something to dismiss altogether.
How does one deal wirh having a family and being a provider at the same time? The twist is the significant other is helping with the business portion? This is a situation I've heard a lot about, just wanting to know other prospectives. Curious, I have my own opinions about situations of this sort as well.
