Yep! Because while the OP may not respond, others see those ISOs as well. It does help if ads are more specific though.  

I'm definitely guilty of answering ISOs, but I try to only answer ones that ask for specific things.  

Currently, I'm ISO knee-high snow boots. These snow drifts are disrespectful.
