I will be traveling to San Antonio in October and could be laying over in Dallas for 3 hours or more. I'd like to lay over literally... I've been working in Irving, TX for the last 8 months. There are a lot of providers in the area. I would recommend seeing Arli (www.redhotarli.com). If you're nice, she'll even pick you up at the airport, take you to her place (about 5 or 10 mins from the airport) and then take you back to the airport. She's probably the most convenient.
