I'm sure if that happens it will cost significantly more. She was so popular on her December 2016 tour in NYC that she extended 3 days and raised her hourly rate from $1000 to $1500. I was fortunate to be one of the earlier appointments. It was worth every penny and then some IMHO!
She did tell me that she had tentative plans to come back to NYC in the spring. Fingers crossed!
