SW Florida used to get a lot of midwest tourists while SE Florida use to get mostly Northerners from the Eastern part of US. Orlando has seen an influx of business due to conventions, trade shows and medical seminars.
Once the bad weather hits up north, anyone who can tries to find some sun and fun Golfing is a big draw this time of the year with men fixated on ball play. Occasionally some will seek out a little personal 1 on 1 practice play. Kisses Halehey ladies..hoe all is well..i should post this on the provider board..but some do not have access..
have you all felt a increase of biz in the SW fla area or SE fla area...or northern Fla...with all the storms up north seems like they should all beheading south..
I tour the SW area each year...and seems like the volume of calls are finally here and the sweethearts form last year remember ya such a good feeling..

I've noticed a reduction in volume, for sure. I keep thinking that eventually, we will get a little more of a presence from our friends up North. I know several regulars are still up there, looking forward to their return and of course, for making new friends here in SWFL.

January was really busy and I couldn't even find time in my schedule to advertise. But I am low volume and only take a couple appts a day plus work a PT job. Yet stayed busy enough not to advertise so that's a first for DEC and Jan since I've lived here.
Nice to hear from you Keri! It's a bit chilly this last week but January was awesome! We've had the warmest weather in DEC and Jan on record I think in the 8 yrs I've lived here. Wich has been a plus! Most the snowbirds leave by Easter so there's time left to play lol. However if the weather is bad on the east coast and they shut airports down then that can cause a decrease in travelers and cancellations. Yet some are stuck here so it's a win win sometimes LOL.
Also we have had quite a few conventions down in SE FL in the last few weeks that has brought in new clients and friends yet some last minute (which I'm usually booked at those specific times). So my go to is if they book a week ahead then they have priority.
However I've noticed with the gents that are at the conventions sometimes they have to cancel because of the late dinner etc So outcalls are easier last minute or later at night.
I don't like doing outcalls to Miami which I've had a few requests (hate the traffic and I live an hour away..so much more traffic in Miami lol) So I've turned down a few. Outcalls seem to be the thing during the conventions Hope that helps... Hugs always SexyJoJo
