First of all, may I please point out we are talking about Kendra.... Noooot exactly the cleanest or most respectable of the bunnies to begin with. For gods sakes her sex tape involved her bitching about a guy going down on her in the whiniest, least sexy way possible.
Second of all, she kept doing it, and for a pretty freakin penny. If she didn't like the opportunity and didn't appreciate all Heff was doing for her, then she should have stepped aside and let someone else have it. At that point, it's a "thank you, I never would have seen this much money in my white trash life, let alone married a professional athlete thanks to you" and shutting your mouth situation.
It's not like I have any sort of relationship with The Heff, but I have met him, and he didn't seem that bad that I would have gone on to talk about him like this later. And I wasn't that much older than her when I did...
Like most 18 year-olds she was short on wisdom and like much of the population wanted something for nothing. Having found that there is no free lunch she now wants to be as cruel and vindictive as she can. No parting gifts for assholes.
