Daytona Beach is slim pickings, very few pos reviews or bad unverifiable street people or stings. Prefer thin, not desperate, min tats, and not showing up smelling of smoke.
Jacksonville or Orlando for those that might come to DB..
You may want to try Carmen Sinclair. She does have arm tats but is an excellent choice.
