RE: the "moral dilemma" post below... (sorry, screwed up, wanted to reply but started a new thread)

Dude, as if there's even a doubt as to what you should have done.  No one needs an ethics counsellor for this one.  Your team lost and sounds like you might actually be feeling sorry for yourself.  No doubt you made the right call in the first place.  

But it sounds to me like that was a pretense to simply flaunt the fact that a PSE wanted to treat you to "dinner and dessert"...and before I ignite the flame war in my direction, I'm not jealous; it just sounded to me like a pretty blatant and odd overture for dude to have his ego stroked...
