It's like a fun body slide with nuru gel. I suppose there's an art / science to it as well - for which I'm always willing to be a Guinea pig. 
It takes training and a lot of will power to keep from sticking it in raw. Nuru is a BB body massage right?

Nuru gel is a plant derived gel that's water-based. Sodium alginate or compounds similar in nature are used in order to make a gel that's not going to stain and is water soluble. It's a ton of fun, but it's messy and can be quite a workout. There are plenty of videos out there on how to give a Nuru-style massage.
I've had a nuru massage from Amy (TER ID: 149453), and it was great. But, it does require some extra equipment, like a waterproof mattress cover.
