I don't know her name but it looks very much like it is a scene from "girlsdoporn".  The scenes are hit or miss but the site appears legit in that I rarely see the models appear anywhere else.  

Maybe that'll at least point you in the right direction.

It's the same site that had the scene that the Ms. Teen scandal centered around a year or so ago...
