Would it be possible to have a generic text search of the Details fields (general and juicy)?  Sometimes people may use text phrases which don't fit any of the predefined fields (e.g. a provider offering "golden showers").

Alternatively, would it be possible to add a field for "special services", something with a maximum of 80 characters or so?  That might be easy to search as well, but it would probably require a lot of decision-making as to how it would be set up.
