I think that you are asking either:

Is xocompanions a reliable agency? My answer based on limited experience with them is "yes"

Are other agencies as reliable as xocompanions? My answer is "don't know unless you name the agencies in question"

Go to the Reviews tab, click on Search and from that drop down menu select the Search Agencies option.

Once you find the agency of interest, it'll provide an overview page, and at the bottom are links to all the providers reviewed under their agency name.

I use them time to time.  
Nice girls , sometime is hit or miss , but like with any girl.
but overall , great experience for most part
