now to be honest (and serious for a minute) this made sense to me (still does) and had this poster mentioned a specific name (say "Pussy Galore" @ ModelPalooza) then because it had a specific physical time-n-place associated with it, then YES it would have been a "violation"

but since it was a general announcement like: "dudes, AVN next week in Vegas" with space-time coordinates of a physical appearance BUT didn't concern any one specific pornstar, THEN it passes for legit. at least that's my (limited) understanding. ... right Michael?
