How strict is the informal convention of client-hooker confidentiality? Aside from references, that is? Generally speaking, I wouldn't expect anyone I see to talk about me, but there may be exceptions. I ask because I'm considering seeing two girls together. I know they know eachother, and I would prefer to keep something I did with one secret from the other. (If you want to know details you can PM me, but it's not that interesting.)

Of COURSE it is possible! Many providers don't have a lot of people with whom we can "talk shop" so if it's interesting or funny..... yeah, she might very well yak about it. Example: "Hey, you've been seeing him awhile too, right? Well he does this thing with me, and I wondered if he does it with you too........" She might not be intending to divulge any secrets; she's just TALKING.
If it's a concern for you, then err on the side of caution and skip the duo session. (Although, if they know each other socially, they might have already had this convo!)
Please note I'm not saying women are necessarily any more inclined to gossip than men. I have a longtime client/friend who gossips to me about every other provider he meets AND all the other reviewer-members here who PM him
I'm not overly concerned about it coming up at all. I guess I don't really care if two providers chat about me, though I wouldn't expect it. I'd prefer it not come up during the session, as I said.
Would erring on the side of caution necessitate skipping the session altogether? I'd rather try asking the one to keep it to herself first.

I did this very thing accidentally during a double. This client had seen us both before too, same scenario. I had commented to my doubles partner, "Hey, isn't he great at eating pussy?" She chuckled politely but looked confused. Apparently, this client does not DATY with providers, even if asked. But, he did with me. I felt bad for spilling the beans.
So, if you feel like she may not view what you guys did as a secret, it would be best to bring it up before the session so she doesn't accidentally spill the beans. I doubt most of us would maliciously spill secrets, but when you're doing a double, some things might come out in conversation, especially if the secret is complimentary to you.
