STI's know no social or occupational limits. Reviews do not prevent them. Unless the guys you PM have performed an exam and tests they have no way of knowing if an SP might have something, nor does an SP have any good way of knowing you don't.
There is absolutely no smell test for the large majority of STI's.
Where do you get this nonsense? I got my information in medical school.
