A number of times I come across the same provider who is listed under two or more profiles. Sometimes it's due to a name change, but other times the name is the same! Is it possible to ask that these different profiles be combined? If so how? Should we use the "report a problem" button, or something else?

of days, Staff usualy merged those profiles. Be sure to provide a link to the other profile when you report the problem.
