Have you ever had sex in jail?
A friend of mine was arrested on "suspicion of prostitution" in Los Angeles. This was her first such arrest, a couple of traffic tickets and one DUI in her past. What she expect? Is this a felony, with jail time, will it be a record on to follow her, will it likely be dismissed? Can anyone give me some experiences or knowledge on how this is viewed and acted on LA. Thanks.
It was still active as of last night. Most of the posts so far have been about Orange County, but you might find some helpful info.
... "disorderly conduct." As this is her first pop, she can expect straight probation, maybe a small fine. The third time is jail for 90 days, and no foolin' around.
