This is my 4th year in LV - and have visited my share of highly reviewed ladies - but never heard of this -- maybe for only out of towners.
The Bash is a weekend social organized by Kandi, Top, and Outback, and their home is on TBD. They have a separate website for the Bash itself. It grew from a party TBD had here in Vegas back in Jan 2002. They been holding the Bash on a (roughly) semi-annual basis since Spring 2003.
They do a decent job of attracting people outside of Vegas to come visit so you see a handful of touring messages around and during the weekend from the providers who are coming to town.
Like most socials, they do a fair to heavy amount of screening so it's probably a bit late to contact the organizers about attending the current one.
But if you need an excuse to come to town, the Bash is as good a reason as any.

I didn't see Kandi, Top, or Outback post announcements about it here so you might want to check the other boards (like TBD, where they're based) about any future ones (considering the current one ends tonight).
