First to say, I do not encourage unprotected anything by anyone with anyone. That being said, I had a question about post-op anatomy and risk factors.
As I (quite possibly, mis-)understand it, the vagina in a post-op is covered in epidermis, not mucus membranes and other tissues as it would be in a genetic female. What would the risk factors be for uncovered completion there, as compared to say Russian? Assuming reasonable cleanup afterward, no open sores, and the like-
