~ Easing the Reference Process ~

Here’s the plan:

    Gentlemen, when you are submitting your references to *** lady, Please know who your references will be. Have your references contact information ready.
    Now, here is the new part…Carbon Copy a note to each of your references reminding them of who you are and letting them know that you are using them as references for *** lady. This simple step will save the ladies valuable time and also insure that you will receive a reply much faster from *** lady you are trying to meet with.

    Ladies, when contacting a reference lady, Please include as much information about the gentleman you need the reference for. Why waste your time with multiple emails when you can include it all in the 1st request? Also, include your phone number if you desire a more prompt reply.
    New part for the Ladies: If the reference needs more information from the gentleman, Forward Her Request to him and ask him to Carbon Copy his “Memory Refreshing” reply to both of you, so that you are aware that she received it.


*This model plan works GREAT with Email Correspondence! It also works OK with some message board pm’s, but is not designed for that.
