The "provider created" is the date of the provider's profile being created...
...ie. when her first review was posted.
The "date submitted" is the date she white listed the monger.I've noticed there a lot of hobbyists who have white lists references,
my question is why are the "provider created" and "date submitted" so far apart?
I have seen multiple, where the created and submitted are years apart?
Curious.... Do tell...
