Hihi...just thinking about all those squirtin' times, and how they only happened with certain people! As with all matters biological, women are unique and complicated creatures. I suspect that some always squirt, some never, and some, when the stars are in perfect alignment and the biomechanics between two people are just right...then the love juices flow from both parties! The answer is, no, I don't think you can learn it. But you can try to find the woman's Graefenberg spot, more commonly known as the G-spot, which sits on the anterior vaginal wall. I don't think a tongue will do it, but then again, for women who always squirt, maybe that's enough.
