Pre-op = Pre-Operation = before the "sex change" operation. The person lives full time as a female but still has a penis. Also known as Sexual Reassignment Surgery (SRS)
Post-op = After the "sex change" operation. Does not have a penis anymore.
I wonder what's the difference between pre OP and post OP TS? I thought they are always post OP.
