Last night I tried to set up an appointment for this weekend, she asked for a reference and gave her the only reference I have. I emailed my reference to give her heads up and she responded promptly but the provider I was trying to see has yet to get back to me. At what point should I contact her to see if everything is okay or when should I move on to somebody else?
How long does it normally take for a provider to confirm with a reference and give you the go ahead. I know it depends on when somebody gets back to them but what is generally the standard period of time to expect a response?
