For some reason I'm unable to send personal mail and I cannot contact TER support, anyone else having the same problem?
...sure if you meant you couldn't PM TER or had tried the Contact Us link to no avail. You can also try e-mail. It's [email protected]
However you contact them it takes some time for them to respond.
