Russia to sale in the Balkans (old Yugoslavia) had been Macedonia north of Greece into everywhere.  Now It runs on the Black Sea but who knows where.  It also ships throughout Europe.  

Some of them are so beautiful.

Try the Bell Captain or Concierge at the 4 star hotels be discrete and not direct.  Turkish in the north and Greek are the same in looks.

I'll be spending some time in Istanbul due to an upcoming business trip. I'm a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of escort agency websites. I can't imagine that they are all legit given how amazing all the girls look. Not that I'm complaining but I don't know which ones are real. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

The countries of the former Soviet Union in East Europe has the highest increase in the rate of Aids and the rate of HIV outside Africa. It makes Thailand look totally safe in comparison.  Former President Clinton mentioned it after a lunch on TV a few years ago and I saw it this summer in one of the newspapers I read.  

On the other hand, these women can be beautiful. The ones touring are almost all trafficketed. connected to pimps & organized crime.   Agencies supply these women all over the world.

That's a big part of my trepidation using any agencies in Istanbul. I definitely don't want to get involved in any organized crime activities. Likewise, it would be great to find a girl that does escorting by choice obviously. Lots of beautiful women are to be had, but there is a lot of baggage in Istanbul as well.

It's illegal out there & dangerous as hell
My advice; keep it in your pants or fly someone in from a reputable agency (like mine :-)
One of my girls is based in Greece & is happy to fly over for the night
