I suggest that TER sponsor a working retreat so the volunteers can get together and start putting together a real collection frequently asked questions for newbies. We could also work on a set of FMS for the S&P board.

Just a couple of thoughts to the websmasters on improving the review experience / interface. When I leave a review on an existing providers I have to re-enter the same info (telephone, email, name, etc) that takes time and effort especially if you are using a mobile phone and typing is a pain.
The other suggestion is to have a Roleplaying as part of the services offered categories. S&M is there but many are into roleplaying that has no S&M component.
I don't think that would take much re-programming to pull off.
In any case, TER does actually have a reason for making review submissions a little work. They feel it might help cut back on fake reviews, and since they give 15 vip days per review they do want you to work for those days.
