Hello. Is there any risk to having your name on file with an agency or am I just being paranoid?
Also are agencies the best way to go for a newbie?
There are a number of bad things that can happen when they get you file. I would not go near an agency. Agencies get busted all the time When was the last time you saw where an indy got busted. LE gets a lot more bang for the buck by busting 5 or 6 ladies at one time. best way to go is with a well reviewed indy. Have fun
I've never heard of any hobbyist's identities compromised by LE. These agencies combined had 10s of thousands of clients and none had identities revealed.
I seem to recall a high-profile lawyer who was a client of Julie's and was publicly outed and shamed in the papers. She wasn't an agency as such but still...
While both agencies and indies can be equally as careless with client information, an agency is generally a more desirable target for LE. That's why it's advisable to stay with independents, IMHO.

There is more than enough evidence. They dont need men.. All they want is the owner, the cars,the money, the drugs, the properties. they dont want clients.
If LE started going after the agencies clients.
(A) There would be a depleted consumer base by which the next agency entrepreneur could build a business that LE could again bust and again usurp asset forfeiture law which was originally instituted to aid in the WAR ON DRUGS and was to be used ONLY against the BIG drug lords.
(B) If they go after the clients they will be prosecuting local citizens such as the Mayor, Judges, DA's, Police officials, clergy anon anon anon.
ive owned an agency for the pasted 5yrs..and iver personally never heard of an agency getting busted and LE going after the clients!!! it would be stupid for LE to expose the clients,lolo they would just be exposing there own,, judges-mayors-commisioners- etc
