This has been discussed numerous times on this board before and if I remember right if she has starred in an adult film then technically she IS an adult film star. Her review scores have absolutely nothing to do with whether she is a porn star or not.
I myself don't really think there is a true definition of Porn Star. I do use the word myself to advertise, but blush when called a Porn Star by someone else. I think of a Porn Star as Nina Hartly or Jenna. But whose to say when you are in front of the camera for all to see you are a star in you fans eyes.
Being a porn star and providing PSE are two entirely different things. In my opinion simply shooting a few internet only porn scenes doesn't really even qualify you as a "Porn Star" though you could certainly say that you are a porn actor.
If you have several films under your belt and can be read about in the porn industry publications or web sites then you are a porn star. If you also escort then you can call yourself a porn star escort.
Claiming to offer a "Porn Star Experience" OTOH is again, a different matter...I'm not going to get in to what guys expect a PSE to be since there are different answers for different people. The term itself is more representative of a type of service than the woman who is offering it.
As far (if what you're asking) as to what constitutes a PSE experience, you could probably ask 10 different people that & get 10 different answers...It's very subjective..
