I have an appointment with Nikki this weekend. I booked it about 6 weeks ago so I decided to send an email a few days ago, just reconfirming it. I have not heard back yet so I called but the voicemail box is full.
I sent another email but I figured I would see if anyone knew anything.

Nikki gets real busy and at times e-mails and phone calls suffer. She is, however, very good about making the date. I would suggest to keep on trying her voice mail.
