Sat/Sun after 1pm (earlier w/ pre-scheduling)

7/14 – open
7/15 – open
7/16 – after 8:15PM
7/17 – after 7:15PM (in downtown SF) + outcalls  
7/18 – between 6AM – 9:30AM and 11AM – 12:30PM
7/19 – open

7/23 – done by 9PM
7/24 – after 4:30PM (in downtown SF or SFO) + outcalls
