Maybe it's that time of year? I don't look at all the boards but I've seen heated threads this week in Boston, Atlanta and here.
A poster on the Atlanta board shared an aphorism that, admittedly, may offend some but also has some merit.

Well said,about people "hiding" behind their keyboards.Their are certain people with a "problem" where they need to build themselves up by belittling and insulting people with smart-ass sarcastic comments.It's even MORE pathetic when they're a moderator!Maybe they'll meet someone in public,maybe one of these "socials" or meetings,and get cut back down to size!
