Im a provider and this is all a little confuseing and i just wanted to know how do i go about meeting a ter member?

...once every 7 days.  You can also try posting an ad on the Other Cities ad board.

Take part in your regional discussion board but only post if you have something to contribute.  The guys will get to know you that way.
