...hit or miss. The best place to look for this is the lady's site or ad. If you know the cost of service amount is incorrect and can offer proof (her web site) you can do a problem report to correct it.
Often TER isn't accurate. Providers with different rates posted in different places. Providers probably don't want what someone paid listed specifically because they want to get as much as they can. It should be listed, cuts down on the b.s. Or guys can join a bunch of sites and contact the lady of their choice through their cheapest listed rate. So p4 has one rate and RS2k has another and TER yet another, if you have all three... shop well.
