Putting aside for a moment some of the less than endearing comments in your post I will say I have considered such an arrangement and even gone so far as discussing it with providers who I assume found me at least slightly less repulsive than you find some of your clients...

Bottom line is I do this because I don't want the drama of a "relationship", even one constructed around mutually beneficial terms. I have found some "alternatives" that are a sort of middle ground but these are based on the same basic terms as the hobby, e.g. no regularity or structure and are really just a reflection of the fact that I have met providers who I consider friends and we occasionally hang out together in situations that are not entirely billable time.

Example, on rare occasions I will spend more on a bottle of wine than most providers charge for an hour of their time and I know a couple of providers who find my conversational skills tolerable enough to consider sharing this type of experience as a suitable kind of fringe benefit.

I frankly think that there are more opportunities out there for creative providers than we will ever hear about in settings like this but I must be honest in saying that taking advantage of them likely requires a little more business savvy than you are demonstrating at present...if you want to appeal to someone with the means to provide what you seem to desire...
You should also be aware that your approach risks shifting the somewhat delicate balance of power that seems to me to be essential to most providers sense of well being. Why not just find a rich shallow boyfriend your own age?

Maybe you haven't noticed, but what you're looking for does NOT have to pay for HO's!  They will flock around him, and he will lose track of who is who.  YOU will never get anywhere near him! Too Bad!  Someone mentioned refreshing honesty, I call it narcissism to the Nth degree!
