ell there is a serial killer on the loose in San Diego.  At least 5 homeless light on fire with 3 dead.  Someone is targeting homeless by lighting them on fire.  The San Diego County Attorney apparently dropped charges against the prime suspect, who had a history of previously lighting a homeless person on fire in 2010.  

Probably better to spring for a hotel room there
