In light of recent analysis the following is proposed to prevent government tracking of which providers a hobbyist sees as well as private list tracking of individual hobbyists for blackmail purposes:
1. Each provider each time you see the particular provider a new phone should be used. It must be bought in cash and using a disguise. 2. Do not carry any other cell phone especially a cell phone traced back to you in your name while carrying the prepaid phone. Do not activate the prepaid phone using your phone or home internet connection, nor turn the phone on at home. Activate it only using TOR or a public internet or 800 activation number. 3. After each session the prepaid poon phone should be destroyed. 4. Do not leave any condoms in the providers room
I am sure everyone will follow this protocol to the letter!
In reality it's sure way to take all the of the provider community to the poorhouse.

....... of prepaid self destructing phones in and I'm willing to part with them at the hobby only price of $9.95 plus S & H.
But Wait!
Along with your hobby one time use throw away phone, you get a package of two, yes I said two, DNA destroying Double Magnum condoms.
With these special condoms, your DNA does not stand a chance. Neither cup 1nor cup 2 will leave that incriminating evidence that can cause all sorts of trouble.
Don't wait, we have people standing by, ready to screen you.
I know that many will scoff at this advice, but I think that Moscow Rules 1 -3 are advisable:
1. Assume nothing.
2. Never go against your gut. Any operation can be aborted. If it feels wrong, it is wrong.
3. Everyone is potentially under opposition control

Don't forget to control the time and place of the meeting and check for bugs!

The inlaws' mailing address should suffice for this purpose.
Great thread!
