My opinions: I don't think it is mayor Fouts of Warren, MI, specifically. Anybody in politics or the police or the court system is going to go after easy to arrest and prosecute crimes like prostitution, and police stings are a well used method of catching people up in the criminal justice system and extracting money from them. I imagine there are some common sense rules to follow to lesson one's chances of getting into trouble: First rule being if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Stay away from the really low cost providers - best to avoid robberies and violence and drug users that way. I would be afraid of anything on or near the 8 mile border with Detroit, even anything south of 9 mile. Also Google the phone number and see what comes up. Probably the best way is to only stick with girls that are already reviewed on TER.  Reviews -> Quick Search -> Country = United States, City = Detroit.
