I agree. It doesn't do anything to heighten the pleasure. You shouldn't take it if you don't need it. It can delay reaching orgasm, which isn't always a good thing. It can even prevent you from ever finishing -- or at least taking so long that your totally exhausted partner gives up trying. You can also become psychologically dependent on Viagra.
I also think most providers can tell (because you never get soft), but you'd have to ask them whether that's true and whether they care.
I don't need it, but I have experimented. Advantages: It makes your pecker hard as a length of galvanized pipe. Hence, there is a mental boost. Disadvantage: It DOES take longer to deliver that first cup. HOWEVER (for me) the added hardness provides more pleasure, longer. So, sometimes I settle for one elongated cup than go for two.
