I don't know if they are still on the market, but if your doc suggests Cavaject, either make sure you get a supply of needles or run away.  It comes with a vial of the prescription to which you add water or saline solution and a needle that could fire double-ought buckshot. Left bloody holes in my dick that took weeks to heal. Major bruising as well.

Tri-mix works for me.  I've heard of a Quad- mix, but my doc doesn't use it.
