I get calls in the middle of the night - I have hours posted on my website and ads
why can't that also be listed on my profile?
Listing these in your profile is NOT going to stop dumbasses from texting or calling at all hours.

on your profile won't change anything. You should have that info on your ads and website, and the smart guys will follow it. The ones who ignore it you don't want to see anyway, so ignore them.
