There is a guy who wrote a review about me that is completely made up and I'm sure I've never even met the guy and none of the things depicted happened. I have no idea who it is either!  What do I do about it?  He defamed my character by saying I did a bait and switch and tried to get more money out of him and called me heavy, I never did any of the things he said and haven't even had an encounter like that!!  I'm new to this and freaking out!!
