TER Messenger?

Anybody know?

I can not find it anymore.  And I never loaded it onto my new laptop....

I have no idea why but when i use google chrome the TER messenger button dosnt show up but when I use internet explorer it works just fine so you may just need to use a different web  browser.

You are exactly correct.  Later the next day or so I was here in IE and there it was.  I guess it does not show in chrome.
